1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AstroNexus lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

AstroNexus provides lead generation services through various advertising channels including social media platforms, search engines, and multi-channel marketing campaigns. Our services include:

• Qualified lead identification and verification
• Social network integration and management
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Lead qualification and scoring
• Custom reporting and analytics

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on qualified leads delivered:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your specified demographic and firmographic criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Has provided accurate and verifiable contact information
• Has passed our AI-powered qualification process
• Has not been previously delivered to your organization

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target market and ideal customer profile
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Provide feedback on lead quality to help improve our targeting
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your lead follow-up activities
• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data collected through our services. All lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. 7. Service Level Agreements

We commit to the following service levels:

• Social Media Leads: Delivery within 48 hours
• Search Engine Leads: Delivery within 24 hours
• Premium Multi-Channel Leads: Delivery within 12 hours
• Customer support response within 4 business hours
• Monthly reporting and analytics delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

AstroNexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for breach of these terms or non-payment.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of AstroNexus. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services solely for your internal business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odessa, Texas.
